7 Eye Exercises to Strengthen Eye Muscles & Reduce Eye Strain

With long hours spent on digital screens, eye strain has become a common problem across all age groups. Symptoms such as tired eyes, dryness, headaches, and blurred vision often result from overworked eye muscles. Simple eye exercises can help relax these muscles, improve focus, and reduce discomfort when practiced regularly.

1. The 20-20-20 Rule

This is one of the simplest and most effective exercises for reducing digital eye strain.

How to do it:Every 20 minutes, look at an object 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds.

2. Blinking Exercise
